Today I

Made Superhero Shirts

I started working on the first part of our superhero costumes today. We’ve decided to wear different color t-shirts with black pants for the guys and white leggings for the girls. We’ll all be delightfully coordinated, but not matchy matchy.

For the shirts I’ve made Superman-type logos with each of our initials using the same font that I used for the Father’s Day banner. I cut out the letters then traced them on to sticky back felt. (Thank you, random white sewing pencil that I had to buy for class.) Then, it is just peel and stick, baby.

On to masks, belts, cuffs, and boots.

The "M" is for Max's cape.
