I probably should have done this
before Max was born, but I didn’t. Carseats are incredibly easy to pop in and
out of backseats these days, and I had absolute confidence in my husband’s
ability to do it.
CHP was in the parking lot of
Target giving free inspections so I couldn’t pass it up this morning.
I learned that even though you
have those little latches doesn’t mean you should always use them. Apparently,
we can use the ones on the side seats but not the middle seat. Who knew?
Anyway, let’s just say, that carseat is not going anywhere now…
Ok,
so maybe I didn’t “throw out” my back, but I definitely did some damage.
Lifting Max up and into his play yard, I felt a definite
pull/tear/twinge/burning pain. It took my breath away. This is going to last a
while.
Even as dinner was cooking, my
husband and I debated going to get dinner. Why? Because we were too tired to
make the accompanying salad. Geez. However, remembering that I want a house
more than a dinner out, I made the salad.
Funny thing was that dinner was
less than tasty. And I’m still happy that we ate it anyway.
